Phil Frank:

Phil Frank has been producing the "Farley" comic strip for 29 years. Nineteen of those years the strip has been an exclusive feature of the San Francisco Chronicle and has incorporated local politicos in what some refer to as a "horizontal Herb Caen." He works on a very short lead time, enabling his humor to often appear on the day of a local event.

Phil has produced six collections of his cartoons in book form including his most recent, the "Willie Brown" cartoons entitled: Don't Parade On My Reign.
