Lynda Dann

My images consist primarily of rendering natural objects. I am concerned with pattern, texture, contrast, and emotional content, which I project onto these inanimate objects in an animated way.

My paintings have been shown in numerous solo and group exhibitions in San Francisco and other Bay Area galleries. Painting and mural commissions have been created by such diverse clients as Simpson Strong-Tie, Simpson Manufacturing, Dublin, CA, Brentwood Medical Group (Division of John Muir Health, Brentwood, CA), Jack Rabbit Moon restaurant and bar, Incline Village, NV, Berkeley Medevices, Richmond, CA, and Purple Plum Restaurant.
