Ann Getty is President of Ann Getty and Associates, a San Francisco-based interior design firm providing luxury design services.
In 2003, Ann Getty and Associates was proud to announce the launch of the Ann Getty House Collection, a line of custom furniture featuring original designs and authentic reproductions. The furniture line is inspired by the world renowned Getty collection and Mrs. Getty's extensive travel and design studies. The expansion of her business has led to the presence of galleries around the country, each showcasing the museum quality creations.

Mrs. Getty leads a talented team of designers and artisans serving those interested in the finest materials, the preservation of antiques and respect for architectural integrity. The design firm has been proud to participate in the 2004 San Francisco Designer's Showcase and the 2005 Kips Bay Showhouse. In January, 2006 Mrs. Getty will be a guest lecturer at the Florida Red Cross Designer's Show House, sharing stories about her life and business. Her work may be viewed in numerous national publications, including Architectural Digest and House & Garden.

Mrs. Getty is a designer fluent in various styles and periods, known for sourcing her vast array of objects and opulent materials from across the globe. Additionally, her strong interest in anthropology and archeology has led her to engage in the development and recognition of craftsmen as well as the preservation of their skills.
Mrs. Getty travels the world in order to work with the manufacturers, designers, craftsman and dealers involved in commissioned works for her clients. In addition to overseeing her world-renowned art collection, she is active in numerous philanthropic endeavors. Mrs. Getty opens her homes to countless charitable events each year. She is an avid supporter of the National Kidney Foundation of Northern California and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. She is also an active member of the Art Advisory Board at Sotheby's.
